Growing, Learning & Thriving Together
A Supportive Community for Adolescents
Adolescence is an important stage of growth, change and self-discovery. Young people experience physical, emotional, social and lifestyle changes as they move towards adulthood. Having the right information and a supportive environment can help them understand these changes and develop healthy habits with greater confidence.
The Materna360 Adolescent Health Community provides a welcoming space where young people can learn, connect and participate in age-appropriate activities and discussions. The community focuses on health awareness, wellbeing, movement, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, confidence and positive lifestyle habits.
Our community programmes are designed to complement appropriate healthcare and professional guidance. They are not a replacement for medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment.
